Everything you have to keep about the people who work for you

Employee records, contracts and right-to-work evidence, holiday, attendance and the deadlines attached to all of it. In one place, for small businesses in the UK.

Records that hold together

A person, a period of employment, and what they were doing during it are kept apart, so a promotion, a rehire or a change of hours leaves a history rather than overwriting one.

Deadlines that find the right person

Expiring documents, outstanding evidence and requests waiting on a decision go to one queue, addressed to whoever can actually act — their manager first, then whoever your company nominated.

Evidence, not opinions

GarnetOS shows what is recorded, what is missing and what falls due. It does not tell you that you have met an obligation — that is a judgement for you and your advisers.

Where your data lives

In the United Kingdom. Records and uploaded documents are held in Amazon Web Services’ London region, encrypted at rest, and every document is scanned before anybody can open it. One company’s data is separated from another’s in the database itself rather than by application code alone.

Who did what is recorded and kept. Reading somebody’s personal details, downloading a document and changing a permission all leave an entry naming the person who did it. The privacy policy sets out what is collected, why, and how long it stays.
